We are looking for a highly experienced Customer Support Representative from the Philippines to manage email support for our European fashion e-commerce stores.

Applicants must have previous experience working for established, high-volume Shopify brands and be comfortable handling a large number of customer inquiries while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with order tracking, shipping delays, refunds, returns, chargeback prevention, and customer retention.

Strong written English is required.

Applicants must already have their own professional email template library for common customer support situations, including:

Shipping delays

Refund requests

Return requests

Order modifications

Cancellations

Damaged or missing items

General customer inquiries

We are looking for someone who can immediately improve and optimize our customer support operations without extensive training.
