Role Description
This part-time remote role is for a Senior Human Resources Specialist. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits programs, and overseeing personnel management initiatives. Additional responsibilities include contributing to HR management strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and offering strategic HR consultation to clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices, including compliance and organizational development
- Strong expertise in HR Management and implementing HR Policies
- Experience with creating and managing Employee Benefits programs
- Proven skills in Personnel Management, including employee relations and workforce planning
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a remote setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus
