In this position, you will…
Lead complex client implementations across Bolt's SaaS platform, ensuring successful onboarding of new partners such as insurance carriers and agencies. You'll own program strategy and execution end-to-end — aligning stakeholders, driving timelines, and delivering measurable value at every phase. This is a highly visible, delivery-focused role that combines strong program management rigor, technical fluency, executive presence, and a solid grounding in the insurance industry. You bring a startup mindset — comfortable with ambiguity, biased toward action, and energized by building scalable processes from the ground up.
You will be responsible for…
Client Onboarding Leadership
- Lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients across multiple concurrent implementation programs
- Define and drive the program strategy for each engagement — including phasing, sequencing, dependencies, and a defensible critical path
- Translate business objectives into phased delivery roadmaps with clear milestones and measurable value
- Define scope and success criteria in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Own a single source of truth project plan that is consistently maintained, version-controlled, and shared with the client on an agreed cadence
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client onboarding efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, from project leads to executive sponsors
- Establish clear communication cadences and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the engagement
- Pre-frame customer deliverables internally before sharing externally — ensuring quality, alignment, and consistent messaging across Bolt teams
- Drive RACI clarity across GTM, Product, Engineering, and PSG workstreams; surface and resolve ownership ambiguity early
Program & Delivery Execution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, markets, support, and analytics
- Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with high partner satisfaction
- Proactively identify, document, and escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies — with clear impact statements and recommended paths forward
- Maintain transparent status reporting (RAG) with internal leadership and client sponsors; no surprises
Operational Excellence
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding frameworks, playbooks, and KPIs
- Identify opportunities to enhance partner experience, increase speed-to-value, and drive consistency across programs
- Leverage onboarding tooling to deliver a consistent, transparent client experience and scale delivery across programs
For you to be successful…
…we expect you to be able to demonstrate the following key competencies:
- Collaborative: Partners effectively across internal teams and client stakeholders; builds trust-based relationships; resolves challenges constructively.
- Adaptable: Navigates ambiguity and shifting priorities with poise; adjusts approach based on context, audience, and constraints; remains solution-oriented.
- Customer-Focused: Prioritizes client needs and long-term success; proactively removes friction; aligns delivery plans with business goals.
- Curious: Seeks to understand partner goals, industry context, and platform capabilities; applies learnings to improve outcomes; embraces feedback.
- Accountable: Takes full ownership of onboarding outcomes and delivery quality. Drives clarity, focus, and follow-through. Communicates transparently and escalates issues proactively with facts and recommendations — not just problems.
- Executive Presence: Communicates with clarity and confidence to senior client and internal stakeholders. Knows when to listen, when to push back, and when to escalate. Comfortable presenting program health to C-level audiences.
- Startup Mindset: Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Biased toward action over perfection. Comfortable building the plane while flying it — creating scalable processes, playbooks, and frameworks where none exist. Resourceful, scrappy, and energized by growth-stage challenges.
