The position offers access to an established desk, existing client relationships, and a highly active legal market across the US and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with leading US law firms, particularly within the AmLaw market
- Handle associate-level searches across multiple practice areas
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from client briefing through placement
- Build and maintain relationships with legal talent across the private practice market
- Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates throughout the search process
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to overall team growth
- Collaborate closely with senior consultants and leadership on active mandates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of legal recruiting experience required
- Strong familiarity with US law firms and the private practice market
- Demonstrated track record managing searches and candidate processes
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Motivated, entrepreneurial, and interested in long-term growth within legal search
Compensation
Base salary up to $90,000, plus highly competitive uncapped commission structure.
