Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Shipping Clerk to join our team. You will be interacting with Customers for in-person pickups and returns. Experience with UPS Worldship is required. Bi-lingual is a plus. Mandatory overtime is required during the months of August through November, must also be able to work Saturdays if required.
Duties
- Interactions with Customers for In-person pickup
- Coordinate and manage the shipping & receiving process, including loading and unloading shipments using forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers
- Prepare packaging materials and ensure proper order picking & packing to meet quality standards and customer specifications
- Operate material handling equipment safely to load/unload trucks while maintaining a safe warehouse environment
Experience
- Must have experience with UPS worldship
- Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform basic math calculations accurately
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
