The Opportunity

Based in New York, the SVP, Marketing & Owner's Representative will serve as the owner's senior representative for one of Manhattan's premier luxury residential towers. Working closely with international leadership and local partners, this executive will oversee marketing strategy, owner representation, asset management initiatives and key stakeholder relationships to maximize the long-term value and performance of the property.

Initially, and until otherwise instructed, the Employee's specific duties shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Develop a holistic strategy to achieve a sell out for the project as well as sales and rental milestone dates to optimize value to shareholders, taking into consideration pricing strategy, recommendations on model units and budget and other international sales and marketing strategies to ensure target milestones are on track.
  • Develop and implement compelling marketing strategies to reach out to HNWIs globally to maximize the asset sale and rental and performance. This includes on-site activations, digital advertising and events (including at overseas locations, if needed).
  • Effective identification and management of appointed sales agents to deliver on the performance targets and successful customer acquisition.
  • Establish partnerships across multiple channels to support and sustain interest in the project globally, that is proven to effectively translate into sales and rental conversion.
  • Oversee the branding and PR agencies to develop an effective luxury positioning and message to the media, including effective management of social media and branding campaigns, to ensure the project achieves the right publicity to target markets in the U.S. and globally. This includes rebranding initiatives to refresh all marketing materials including PR for model units.
  • Represent the owner on the Condominium Board and liaise with the Company's partners, Condominium Board, relevant authorities and external parties. This includes following up on issues to ensure resolution in matters discussed, establishing strong relationships with partners, as well as independently managing workstreams requiring a local presence. This also includes oversight and management of issues relating to any unsold owner units.
  • Responsible for the formulation and execution of business plans, budgets and asset management reporting.
  • Manage and liaise with consultants (including Legal, Project and Property Management) on property maintenance and coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure zero defects while identifying predictive maintenance plans and value-enhancing opportunities.

The successful candidate will bring a unique blend of luxury residential marketing, asset management and ownership representation experience. They will be equally comfortable developing global marketing strategies for ultra-high-net-worth buyers, representing ownership interests with a condominium board, and partnering with consultants, operators and senior executives to protect and enhance a world-class residential asset.
