Server/Cashier
Duties:
– Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
– Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
– Enter orders into the cash register and process payments
– Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
– Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
– Assist with food preparation and assembly as needed
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
– Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
Experience:
– Previous experience as a server or cashier in a restaurant or food service establishment is preferred
– Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a cash register
– Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
– Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service
– Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change, and using retail math formulas
