Job Summary
Aroon Thai Kitchen is looking for a friendly and reliable Server to join our front-of-house team. This role is for someone who enjoys taking care of guests, working well with others, and staying calm in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and drinks with proper presentation and cleanliness standards
- Monitor tables throughout the meal (refills, pacing, clearing, guest needs)
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and team to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist guests with menu questions and make honest recommendations
- Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally, and notify a manager when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining space
- Complete side work and opening/closing duties as assigned
- Support teammates during busy shifts and contribute to a positive work environment
Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support kitchen operations.
Qualifications
- Serving experience is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train someone with a great attitude and strong work ethic
- Clear and respectful communication with both guests and teammates
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual, with a team-first mindset
- Comfortable using a POS system, or willing to learn quickly
- Takes pride in consistency, cleanliness, and attention to detail
