We are seeking energetic and dedicated Server Support Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the backbone of our restaurant operations, providing essential support to servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for every guest. Duties
- Assist servers with food and beverage delivery, ensuring prompt and accurate service
- Support the setup and breakdown of dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting stations
- Handle guest inquiries courteously, providing excellent customer service and guest relations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining and service areas in accordance with food safety regulations
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and cash handling
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, adhering to sanitation and food handling protocols
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or food industry roles is advantageous
- Culinary experience or kitchen background can be a plus but is not required
