Triad Machinery is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Service Administrator at our Sumner, Washington branch. This role will work with the branch’s Service Manager to assist with operations in the service department.

Job Overview:

  • Key support for Service Manager
  • Provide information on open service jobs for review by Service Manager daily
  • Make corrections or add charges to open service jobs, as needed
  • Submit warranty information to Warranty Administrator for filing with manufacturer
  • Prepare invoices and expense reports for Accounts Payable
  • Ensure mechanic information, driving records, and CDL requirements are up to date
  • Process mechanic timecards – verify hours, codes, and job description
  • Submit final hours twice monthly to payroll department

Job Qualifications:

  • High school degree required; some college coursework preferred
  • Ability to organize, multitask and complete work accurately while meeting deadlines
  • Proficient use of computer systems- Accounting software, Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
  • Mechanical understanding a plus
