What we’re looking for:
- Must be great on the phones/customer service
- Proactive with follow-ups and updates to customers
- Timely processing of orders in vendor systems
- Vendor communication
- Installer communication/coordination
- Office/Administration abilities
- Comfortable navigating online ordering systems/Google sheets
- BONUS: Ability to travel locally to address small services (hanging doors, installing hardware) ability to use hand tools
Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check. Gas reimbursement for any company travel.
