We’re seeking a Service Dispatcher.
Pay Range:
$18-22/hr
Position Summary:
The Service Dispatcher is responsible for providing detailed customer updates, coordinating service work, and communicating with technicians and supervisors. The Service Coordinator must possess excellent computer, organization, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
· Receive and coordinate service calls and work with the Branch team for current schedules.
· Monitor GPS tracking system and technician’s workload throughout the day.
· Provide updates via customer portals.
· Contact customers to schedule service and maintenance calls.
· Answer customer inquiries in a timely manner.
· Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· 2+ years of previous experience in customer service or call centers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new software.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with strong attention to detail.
- Relevant industry experience in HVAC, plumbing, or construction is a plus.
