Shift Lead/Soap Maker Jobs in Roswell, GA at Buff City Soap
Buff City Soap is looking for an energetic, creative and outgoing people to join our team! We are located at 1145 Woodstock Rd, Unit 605 in Roswell. Our ideal candidate is innovative, detail oriented and customer service driven.
Our in-house based operation ensures that we know what exactly goes into every product we offer. Our products are free of artificial detergents, surfactants, dyes and other harsh chemicals.
We are looking for individuals to join our Soap Makery, where they will be responsible for inspiring, creating and individualizing each hand-crafted product we offer. Retail experience is highly recommended!
Responsibilities:
- Production and fulfillment of all products
- Communicate with manager to develop production plans and determine workflow
- Maintain all products per inventory levels
- Ensure all final products meet quality standards
- Fulfillment of special orders
- Follow all safety, sanitation and cleanliness requirements
- Ability to multi-task. Juggling product production as clients enter and leave and while engaging new clients as they arrive.
- Interact with customers and guide them through the Buff City experience
Requirements:
- Warm friendly attitude and outgoing personality
- Excellent verbal skills
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work around various scents and fragrances
- Dexterity of hands and fingers
- Ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, twist and stoop, kneel or crouch
- Must be detail oriented, take pride in your work and have a creative mindset
- Ability to adapt and utilize resources in a fun, fast paced and ever changing environment
- A passion for learning our products, brand and customer expectations and professional development.
There are openings for both part-time and full-times positions. Weekend work is required. Hours will vary. Flexible shifts available. Employee Discount.
The Makery is open Monday through Friday 10A-7P, Saturday 10A-5P and Sundays 11P-5P. Some after hours will be required for special events.
