A Real Path Forward

This isn’t a “someday, maybe” growth promise. Shift Leaders who consistently deliver have a defined path to Manager — typically a 6–12 month journey for the right person. It takes real work, but the door is genuinely open.

What You’ll Do

• Run the shift — keep the line moving, guests happy, and the team focused
• Jump into any station and lead by example when things get busy
• Help new hires ramp up fast and build good habits early
• Keep an eye on speed of service, food safety, and cleanliness standards
• Flag what’s working (and what’s not) to your Manager
• Handle guest concerns in the moment and know when to loop in a Manager

Who We’re Looking For

• No experience required — prior restaurant, retail, or team experience is a plus
• Someone who steps up without being asked
• Reliable, on time, and cool under pressure
• Strong communicator — with your team, your guests, and your Manager
• Open availability — evenings, weekends, and holidays as the business needs
