As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in leading daily operations, supporting team development, and ensuring every guest receives exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards.
- Manage shifts and ensure smooth operations during peak business hours.
- Address operational challenges and provide effective solutions in real time.
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and help control labor and food costs.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that promotes accountability and excellence.
- Support efforts to increase guest satisfaction and online review ratings on Google and Yelp.
- Utilize company digital checklists and task management tools to maintain operational standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership, keyholder, or supervisory experience in a fast-casual, quick-service restaurant (QSR), or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on management style with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Highly organized, dependable, and guest-focused.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
