We serve a wide variety of industries, from book publishers to heavy industry, from sporting goods to hospital supplies. Responsibilities:
- Receiving, inspecting, and labeling incoming shipments.
- Packing, labeling and preparing product for outgoing shipments.
- Loading and unloading trucks/trailers.
- Operating material handling equipment, forklift and hand jack.
- Inventory control.
Skills Required:
- Forklift operation.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Understanding of packaging and use of a tape measure.
- Interaction with fellow employees and customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Detail oriented, willingness to learn, multi-tasker.
- Ability to be active during shift: approximate walking or standing 75% / sitting 25%.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Hours:
1st Shift: 6am – 4pm Monday through Thursday
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
