Job description:
We are seeking experienced and reliable Shipping Associates who are looking for a stable, long-term opportunity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates have a proven track record in shipping and fulfillment and bring at least 3 years of forklift operating experience.

Primary Job Functions:
- Load product for outbound shipments using a forklift
- Use hand scanner to hand pick and pack orders
- Operate a forklift to receive deliveries and distribute as needed
- Maintain organization of inventory and shipment orders
- Cross check fulfillment orders to confirm accuracy
- Work in a fast paced and team-oriented environment
- Communicate with Supervisor any delays as needed
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Follow safety guidelines
- Other duties as needed
Other Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be safety and quality conscious
- Must be comfortable working from heights
- Must have at least 1 years’ experience operating a forklift
- Previous experience in a factory/manufacturing setting a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently
- Team collaborator
- Ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Tech savvy
Monthly perfect attendance bonus – up to $1,800 per year!
3rd Shift: Monday – Thursday (7:30 pm – 6:00 am)*
*Training on 1st shift required (M-T 6:00am – 4:30pm)
