About the Opportunity
Looking for an in-house skilled and detail-oriented Shoe Repair Specialist. This role is responsible for performing high-quality shoe repairs and restorations while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship and customer service.
The ideal candidate has experience working with a variety of footwear and materials and takes pride in producing quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair and restore footwear using a variety of techniques and tools.
- Replace soles, heels, zippers, eyelets, and other shoe components.
- Perform stitching, patching, cleaning, and leather care.
- Assess repair needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cobbler or in shoe, leather, or accessory repair preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple repairs.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Pay: $25.00 – $33.00 per hour
