Shop/Sandblast Jobs in Charleston, IL at Adams Memorials
Full-time position in our shop assisting with sandblasting, painting, and washing finished granite. We train—no experience required.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
(2 breaks + 30-minute lunch)
Pay & Benefits:
- Paid your first week (Thu–Wed pay period, direct deposit every Friday)
- Pay increases based on performance
What You’ll Do:
- Sandblast granite monuments
- Assist with painting and finishing
- Wash and prep completed granite
- Learn to operate sandblasting equipment
Work Environment:
- Indoor shop work (no weather issues)
- No driver’s license required
- Located just steps from the Lincoln Prairie Grass Trail

- Mechanically inclined
- Attention to detail
- Consistent, dependable worker
- Able to work independently
- Fast learner
Requirements:
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Steel-toe boots
- Hearing protection provided
