Position: Shuttle Driver / Bellperson – DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport
The Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport is looking for a Shuttle Driver/Bellperson to join the Guest Services team.
The hotel is conveniently located next to Seattle‑Tacoma International Airport. The Link Light Rail station is two blocks from our door and gets you to downtown attractions like Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, and Lumen Field within 25 minutes.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum one‑year customer‑service experience, schedule flexibility including overnight shifts, and will possess a CDL, Class B license with passenger endorsement within the first 6 months of hire. Partial cost will be reimbursed by the hotel.
Shift Pattern
Full availability including overnights, weekends, and holidays.
Hourly Pay
Starting probationary rate will be $21.34 and after 90 days, rate will be $23.71.

Responsibilities
A Shuttle Driver / Bell person is responsible for transporting customers to/from the Double Tree Seattle Airport using company‑provided vehicles and assisting customers with transferring and storing luggage and responding to guests’ requests.
- Drive property‑designated vehicles to transport guests to and from the local airport
- Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations
- Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with room features
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Organize and store luggage, as needed, according to guidelines
- Ensure that management/leadership team is aware of any relevant feedback from guests and/or other departments
- Ensure messages and faxes are regularly delivered throughout the day
- Assist with room moves, special luggage deliveries and/or pulls, and attend the main lobby and front door, as needed
- Assist in the maintenance, appearance, and functionality of equipment
