Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN at Vivo Healthcare Wauchula, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, registered nurses, and rehabilitation therapists, to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities
