About the Role

We’re hiring an Social Commerce & Creator Partnerships Manager at a popular fast-growing, women-founded female activewear brand built around inclusivity and community. The role leads organic social, creator partnerships, and TikTok Shop initiatives, blending strategy + execution and sits at the center of brand, creators, and revenue-driving social commerce.

You’ll guide internal content resources, grow our creator ecosystem, and help turn attention into measurable sales.

What You’ll Own

Organic Social Strategy

  • Own monthly content strategy across Instagram + TikTok
  • Build calendars, briefs, and weekly direction
  • Spot trends early and turn them into brand-right content
  • Review content and maintain quality bar

Creator Partnerships

  • Build and manage creator pipeline across key fitness/lifestyle niches
  • Own outreach, negotiations, gifting, and relationships
  • Secure usage rights / whitelisting opportunities
  • Coordinate creator content with paid + brand teams

TikTok Shop + Live Commerce

  • Partner with TikTok Shop agency to scale live shopping
  • Recruit and manage creator hosts
  • Oversee product selection, scripts, and execution
  • Track conversion, GMV, CTR, and winning creators/SKUs

Cross-Functional Growth

  • Translate launches and campaigns into creator/social plans
  • Ensure organic content can be repurposed for paid
  • Build weekly dashboards and performance insights

What We’re Looking For

  • Deep hands on experience managing creators, influencers, or talent partnerships (end to end – gifting, partnerships, contracts, performance traking)
  • Strong grasp of TikTok, Instagram, and social commerce (organic and influencer channels)
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop / live shopping preferred
  • Proficiency with influencer platforms preferred (AspireIQ, LTK, Grin, or similar)
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
  • Strong taste level / creative instincts
  • Experience managing junior team members
  • Scrappy, fast-moving, and highly accountable
  • E-commerce / DTC experience preferred
  • Someone hungry who thrives in a lean team and likes moving quickly without red tape

Reports to: Head of Marketing and Head of Brand

Manages: Social Media Manager and Content Creators

Ideally able to come into Grand Rapids, Michigan office a few days a month
