A premier, Christian-based plastic surgery practice in Orange County is seeking a creative storyteller and operational utility player to join our close-knit team. We are not just about aesthetics; we are about restoring confidence and walking with patients through a transformative journey.

This is a hybrid creative/clinical role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves—whether that means editing a viral reel or answering calls.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Digital Brand Management (The Voice)
- Lead the creative direction for the practice’s digital footprint (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta).
- Capture high-quality "Day in the Life" and behind-the-scenes content in the clinic and operating room.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring a consistent blend of educational, entertaining, and patient-testimonial content.
- Maintain the practice’s digital assets (website updates, Google/Yelp presence) to ensure the patient experience is seamless online.
2. Surgical & Clinical Content Capture (The Eye)
- Be physically present during surgical days (2-3x/week) to document transformations (filming procedures, before/afters) with a high level of professionalism and respect for patient privacy.
- Work directly with the surgeons to translate complex medical procedures into accessible, engaging video content.
3. Team & Patient Support (The Hands)
- We operate with a "One Team" mentality. When the cameras aren’t rolling, you are willing to jump in to assist with clinic flow.
- Assist in documenting patient journeys (photos/records) and organizing digital files.
- Support the surgical team with non-clinical operational tasks (room preparation, supply organization) to ensure the day runs smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in video editing (Reels/TikTok) and graphic design (Canva/Adobe Suite).
- Strong moral compass and ability to maintain strict confidentiality (HIPAA).
- Bonus: Experience in a medical or service-oriented background.
