Keeping a channel active is one thing. Growing it is another. We're hiring a social media growth coordinator.
Working as part of our team, you'll run the channels day to day and grow them across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, and LinkedIn, creating posts yourself and collaborating with the people already making content.
What you'll do:
- Publish content and run the calendar so every platform stays active and on schedule
- Build storylines across posts and theme content into series, so the feed tells a bigger story instead of one-offs
- Create posts and write captions that read naturally and match the brand voice
- Track performance across watch time, reach, follower growth, and engagement, and report what's working and what isn't
- Turn the numbers into the next move: timing, formats, hooks, and topics
- Manage comments and messages, and route real inquiries to the firm the right way
- Run growth levers like trends, hashtags, cross-posting, and repurposing
What matters most:
- Accounts you've grown, with the numbers to back it up
- You can show what a channel looked like before and after you ran it
- You stay organized, take initiative, and find your own way to a solution
- You meet deadlines and keep the calendar full
