Solution Configuration Expert Jobs in Remote at INDOTECH MARINE
System Configuration & Implementation
- Configure ERP/software systems (e.g., TCS iON ERP, SAP, Zoho, or similar) based on business workflows
- Translate operational SOPs into system workflows and automation rules
- Customize modules such as Procurement, Production Planning, Inventory & Cold Storage, Shipment & Export Documentation, and Accounts & Payment Tracking
- Perform system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure accuracy and functionality
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain system documentation, including configuration settings and process flows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation
- Provide user training and support to ensure effective system adoption
- Assist in system upgrades, enhancements, and version migrations
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational standards
