Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Smithtown is seeking a mature, customer-focused Spa Associate to join our front desk team. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment—and your friends call you the "energetic one"—we’d love to meet you! Someone with past experience in Spa Management, maybe was a manager, and understands the day to day operations of the spa.
Even if you’re new to the spa industry, don’t worry—we’ll provide full training. All you need to bring is your passion for people, sales skills, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage scheduling, phone calls, appointments, and basic administrative duties
- Clearly communicate spa services, promotions, and membership options
- Maintain spa cleanliness and uphold brand standards
- Stay informed about our full menu of services (we’ll train you!)
- Work flexible shifts (evenings, weekends, mornings, etc.)
✅ Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales or retail experience is required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Friendly, outgoing, and organized
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy environment
- Team-oriented, but also able to work independently
- Comfortable with computers and point-of-sale systems
- Must be able to commute to Smithtown, NY 11787
