2. About the Opportunity:
The Sr Customer Supply Chain Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Customer Supply Chain Team by monitoring service levels for key customers and providing data-driven insights. This position helps identify and resolve performance gaps, ensuring superior OTIF service that directly impacts the company’s sales and profitability goals. The role influences supply chain readiness and cross-functional collaboration aimed at optimizing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
3. Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service teams
• Monitor weekly KPI trends for In-stock and OTIF performance
• Analyze data to identify root causes of performance issues and develop corrective action plans
• Track milestones and provide updates on customer programs and cross-functional projects
• Review customer forecasts and suggest improvements to metrics
• Analyze distribution network and customer mix profitability to drive efficiency and cost improvements
• Ensure supply chain readiness for promotions, new products, and distribution changes
• Oversee communication related to supply chain activities impacting customer orders, including holiday schedules and inventory planning
4. Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of operations experience in food or Consumer Packaged Goods
• Project management experience
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and quality control
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to collaborate across organizational levels and functions
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• $75,000 – $95,000 per year USD (commensurate with experience and location)
