What To Expect
As a Product Manager for our Location Management Tool, you will lead efforts to maintain and enhance a critical platform used by vendors and internal users to manage physical location functions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver improvements that drive user satisfaction. This role requires balancing technical understanding with business acumen to evolve our product strategically. You'll serve as the voice of the customer while aligning product development with company objectives. Your success will be measured by user adoption, feature utilization, and business impact.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap for the Location Management Tool
Gather and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders and external vendors
Create detailed user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
Analyze user behavior and product usage data to inform product decisions
Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle
Conduct user research to understand pain points and identify improvement opportunities
Plan and execute product releases in coordination with engineering and operations teams
Define success metrics and KPIs to measure product performance
Communicate product updates and value propositions to stakeholders and users
Identify opportunities for product enhancement based on market trends and business objectives
What You'll Bring
3+ years of product management experience with software products
Proven track record of successfully launching and maintaining digital products
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Experience gathering and documenting product requirements
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
Experience with user research and usability testing techniques
Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience
Familiarity with location-based services or facility management software preferred

Expected Compensation
$136,000 – $294,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
