Basic Qualifications:

  • Experiences in the food or beverage retail industry are not required but highly preferred
  • Have a Food Handlers Permit or obtain one within 30 days of employment
  • Able to work 20–35 hours per week on weekdays, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Ability to handle stress under pressure
  • Ability to provide quality customer service
  • Ability to learn and use technical equipment such as espresso machines
  • Ability to accurately exchange currency with customers
  • Willingness to maintain a clean, healthy and safe working environment
  • Ability to read and follow recipe directions accurately every time
  • Ability to coordinate multiple activities with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to lift weight up to 50 lbs
  • Can stand for long periods of time
  • Honesty, integrity and willingness to take initiative
  • Valid driver’s license for local deliveries
  • Able to safely transport and deliver items as assigned (company vehicle or reimbursement if personal vehicle is used)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and take food and drink orders
  • Open and/or close the business as scheduled
  • Operate the cash register
  • Accurately handle cash and reconcile change
  • Prepare food and drinks as per Boba Nation Grand guidelines
  • Clean, organize and maintain work stations and kitchen areas
  • Possess a strong sense of teamwork
  • Keep track of inventory and restock as needed
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
  • Promote positive guest relations by delivering exceptional customer service
  • Serve customers efficiently and professionally
  • Complete local deliveries for franchise and store operations in a timely and safe manner
  • Assist with loading, unloading and transport of small inventory items as required
