Basic Qualifications:
- Experiences in the food or beverage retail industry are not required but highly preferred
- Have a Food Handlers Permit or obtain one within 30 days of employment
- Able to work 20–35 hours per week on weekdays, weekends, nights and holidays
- Ability to handle stress under pressure
- Ability to provide quality customer service
- Ability to learn and use technical equipment such as espresso machines
- Ability to accurately exchange currency with customers
- Willingness to maintain a clean, healthy and safe working environment
- Ability to read and follow recipe directions accurately every time
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to lift weight up to 50 lbs
- Can stand for long periods of time
- Honesty, integrity and willingness to take initiative
- Valid driver’s license for local deliveries
- Able to safely transport and deliver items as assigned (company vehicle or reimbursement if personal vehicle is used)
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take food and drink orders
- Open and/or close the business as scheduled
- Operate the cash register
- Accurately handle cash and reconcile change
- Prepare food and drinks as per Boba Nation Grand guidelines
- Clean, organize and maintain work stations and kitchen areas
- Possess a strong sense of teamwork
- Keep track of inventory and restock as needed
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Promote positive guest relations by delivering exceptional customer service
- Serve customers efficiently and professionally
- Complete local deliveries for franchise and store operations in a timely and safe manner
- Assist with loading, unloading and transport of small inventory items as required
