Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently-
Provide accurate information and assistance to callers-
Relay messages to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner-
Help maintain organized records for production orders, invoices, and shipments, including aftermarket transactions-
Assist with billing and invoice processing-
Welcome and assist visitors, notifying the appropriate team members as needed-
Manage the distribution of incoming mail and packages-
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

High school diploma or equivalent required-
Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs-
Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and coworkers-
Attention to detail with the ability to read and verify work order information accurately
