1. Store Operations Management
- Oversee all aspects of daily store operations (opening/closing, cleanliness, and overall store ambiance)
- Manage inventory, including stock inbound/outbound and merchandising execution
- Plan and execute Visual Merchandising (VMD) strategies
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs, and drive operational improvements
- Achieve sales targets and ensure overall store profitability
2. Team Leadership & Workforce Management
- Manage staff scheduling and performance
- Lead onboarding and training of new store employees
- Oversee communication with headquarters and brand partners
3. Customer Experience & Sales Management
- Manage VIP clients and execute sales strategies
- Oversee customer service (CS), including complaints, exchanges, and refunds
- Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth
4. Omnichannel Operations & Collaboration
- Manage integration of online and offline inventory
- Handle online orders and collaborate on fulfillment operations
- Oversee product listing and operational management on Shopify
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
