Substitute – Long Term Special Education, Adapted Substitute Teacher, BHS

As Needed. Approximate dates are from mid August to mid October.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Must be able to follow oral and written directions and have the ability to establish effective working relationships with staff and students. Ability to maintain effective classroom management strategies.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Education equivalent to graduation from an accredited high school or General Education Certificate (GED). Candidate must hold a valid Virginia Teaching license to qualify for teaching in excess of ten days or intermittently in excess of 90 days in any one school year.
