Job Description
We are hiring Survey Research Associates to conduct consumer surveys and compile research data on behalf of our clients. This role involves collecting and handling respondent personal information. A background check is required before starting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct consumer surveys via phone, email, and online platforms
- Record respondent answers accurately into research data systems
- Meet daily survey completion targets set by the research team
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all respondent personal information
- Flag incomplete or inconsistent survey responses for supervisor review
- Compile and submit daily research data reports to team leads
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication skills — friendly, professional, and clear
- Comfortable conducting high-volume surveys from home
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- No prior research experience required — full training provided
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
