Job Description
Fossil Creek Pools is looking for a reliable and hardworking Pool Service Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for maintaining residential and commercial swimming pools, ensuring water quality, equipment functionality, and overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain swimming pools on a weekly service route
- Test and balance pool water chemistry
- Brush, vacuum, skim, and empty baskets
- Inspect and maintain pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, etc.)
- Identify and report repair needs
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Maintain accurate service records
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in Texas heat
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Previous pool service experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
