2. About the Opportunity:

The Talent Acquisition Associate role supports the organization''s growth by managing the full recruitment cycle. This position is responsible for sourcing and hiring qualified candidates, collaborating closely with hiring managers, and promoting the organization''s values and employer brand. The role contributes to building a skilled workforce essential for achieving the organization''s mission.

3. Responsibilities:

• Recruit and hire new talent within the healthcare environment.

• Develop expertise in talent acquisition processes, tools, and technologies.

• Manage end-to-end recruiting efforts as part of a high-performing team.

• Source, engage, and convert passive candidates.

• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and team members.

• Communicate recruiting strategies and provide market insights to hiring teams.

• Maintain transparent and proactive communication with stakeholders.

• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization''s values and employer brand.

4. Requirements:

• Minimum one year of recruiting experience in a high-volume healthcare setting.

• Passion for working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

• Hands-on experience with full lifecycle recruiting.

• Results-driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

• Process-oriented with aptitude for technology-driven solutions.

• Proven ability to source candidates creatively and aggressively for hard-to-fill roles.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Base pay for this role is $70,304.

• Eligibility for a bonus.

• Compensation will be based on experience, education, and location.
