About the Role
An established financial services organization is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to manage high-volume recruitment across insurance and financial services teams. This role partners closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with employment regulations.
You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop sourcing strategies, build diverse talent pipelines, and collaborate with business leaders to meet hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hiring initiatives.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Develop sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through community partnerships and networking.
- Guide hiring managers throughout the recruitment process while ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
- Provide proactive, high-touch communication throughout the candidate journey.
- Participate in recruitment events supporting military, diversity, and niche talent initiatives.
- Contribute to recruitment process improvements and enterprise talent acquisition projects.
- Support salary negotiations within approved compensation guidelines.
- Identify and manage recruitment risks while ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of high-volume recruitment experience.
- Current recruiting experience within the financial services and insurance industry.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and hiring practices.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
- Current experience recruiting for insurance-licensed positions within financial services.
- Military experience or experience as a military spouse/domestic partner is highly valued.
