Summary Of Position

This role oversees the full-cycle recruitment process, including assessing hiring requirements, developing and implementing targeted recruitment strategies, sourcing and evaluating candidates, and delivering informed hiring recommendations to support the selection of qualified talent aligned with organizational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer stage.
  • Analyze hiring requirements and define role specifications aligned to business needs.
  • Design and execute targeted sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to identify qualified talent.
  • Deliver data‑driven hiring recommendations to support selection decisions.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in HR program management or talent acquisition.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in high‑urgency or fast‑paced organizational environments preferred.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel frequently and operate independently.
