We're hiring! Fully Remote Position
Full-cycle truck driver recruiting | 100% remote position
Position Details:
• Paid per driver hired. 1099 position.
• Full Cycle Recruiting for Truck Drivers applying to work with 25+ Major Transportation Carriers
• Work with managers at client level to understand current staffing needs and provide updates on applicant status.
• Assist qualified applicants in completing carrier/client application & ensure all required documents are sent to each carrier/client.
• Schedule and confirm applicants for orientation, communicate travel and lodging agreements, overcome obstacles associated with areas preventing applicants from attending scheduled orientation when requested.
• Administrative duties are handled by your Team Leader so you can focus on what matters, the Drivers.

Qualifications:
• 6 months recruiting experience required, 1 year preferred
• Customer service, driver recruiting, and logistics experience is a plus
