Job Overview

This position serves as the talent management support arm for the Talent Agency’s US business unit at Gushcloud, working directly under the Senior Talent Agent and Talent Agent. This person will be trained to eventually manage their own campaigns, starting first as a coordinator supporting live talent operations across sourcing, campaign execution, and talent communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and identifying new talent/creators that fit brand and campaign requirements, using platform data and audience research
  • Support campaign execution end-to-end: tracking deliverables, timelines, content approvals, and posting schedules for assigned creators
  • Communicate directly with talent to relay brief details, deadlines, feedback, and campaign updates in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate with brand partners and internal teams to keep campaigns on schedule and within scope
  • Maintain organized records of ongoing campaigns, deliverables, and talent availability for the Senior Talent Agent and Talent Agent
  • Assist with light contract, admin and invoicing tasks alongside the resource/finance team
  • Shadow and learn negotiation, pitching, and account management practices from the Senior Talent Agent and Talent Agent as part of the path toward becoming an Associate Talent Agent
  • Keep the team updated on the status of live and upcoming projects, maintaining a running list/calendar the team can reference

Primary Skills

  • Talent sourcing – able to research and identify creators/talent using social platform data and audience insights
  • Campaign coordination – can track and manage multiple campaign deliverables and timelines simultaneously
  • Talent communication – comfortable communicating directly with creators, relaying feedback and expectations clearly and professionally
  • Documentation – can independently draft emails, trackers, and basic presentation materials; supports contract and invoicing documentation alongside the resource team
  • Cross-cultural working style – highly adaptable to a multicultural, multi-timezone work setup; strong written and spoken English; comfortable across multiple messaging platforms and flexible working hours
  • Coachability – eager to learn negotiation, account management, and business development skills toward growing into an Associate Talent Agent role

Secondary Skills

  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with the influencer marketing or beauty/skincare creator space
  • Prior exposure to social media analytics tools or talent management platforms

Preferred Candidate Background

  • Up to 2 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, project/campaign coordination, or a related client-facing field
  • Prior experience supporting creator or brand partnership campaigns, coordinating deliverables and communications, is a strong plus
  • Candidates early in their career with strong organizational skills and a genuine interest in growing into a talent agent role are encouraged to apply
