Description:
- Recruiting Sourcer will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates to support the recruitment efforts of the project team.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates to gauge interest and fit for open positions.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements and provide suitable candidates.
- Track and document sourcing activities and candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system.
Required Skills:
- Looking for Recruiting Sourcer
- Must have experiences focus more on Sourcer than Recruiter
- Must have Big 4 experience. Deloitte experience is a huge plus
- Must have PeopleSoft experience (intermediate level)
