As the Task and Onboarding Lead, you will work staffing needs and assist with defining customer requirements, handle all internal and external roles, and partner with our customers at the U.S. Coast Guard. Job Description

SAIC is seeking an experienced Task and Onboarding Lead to support the U.S. Coast Guard’s enterprise data modernization and analytic transformation efforts. This role is embedded within a fast-paced, collaborative environment at USCG Headquarters, working alongside data scientists, product owners, researchers, and mission stakeholders.

The Onboarding and Task Lead will develop all job listings, identify skillset needs and training. Handle all staffing responsibilities, as well as internal task lead duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with senior Coast Guard leaders and mission partners.
  • Handle all staffing responsibilities from start to finish for SAIC and our teammates.
  • Maintain consistency with DHS/USCG style guidelines, accessibility standards, and the ODA communication strategy.
  • Handle all required USCG paperwork, policies and standards for onboarding and continuous vetting of staff.
  • Work closely with Program leaders, talent acquisition, program control and multiple internal teams for success of the program.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • 15+ years of professional experience managing internal task responsibilities and onboarding systems.
  • Experience with internal SAIC processes, procedures and government requirements.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Experience in USCG internal processes and all requirements for roles and staff.
  • Experience supporting senior executives, program leadership, customers and all audiences.
  • Strong communication, requirements-gathering, and requisition standards.

Target salary range $120,001 – $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
