2. About the Opportunity:
The Team Coordinator, Commercial Operations plays a critical role in supporting team efficiency and operational effectiveness. This position ensures smooth daily functioning by managing schedules, coordinating projects, and maintaining essential processes and communications. It supports the commercial operations team by enabling organized workflows and facilitating collaboration across functions.
3. Responsibilities:
• Manage team calendars and coordinate meetings to optimize time and resources
• Arrange domestic and international travel logistics
• Organize team events, workshops, and meetings, handling logistics and communications
• Coordinate workflows, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases for operational compliance
• Administer internal systems and tools to support data accuracy and efficiency
• Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional stakeholders
• Track project milestones, monitor progress, and escalate risks as needed
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency
• Assist with onboarding, resource coordination, and access management
• Provide administrative and operational support to leaders and team members
4. Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in administrative, coordination, operations, or project support roles
• Diploma, associate, bachelor''s degree, or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and confidentiality
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively
• Relevant certifications in administration, project management, or operations are a plus
• Professionalism, adaptability, initiative, and customer-service mindset
• Ability to build effective working relationships with integrity and accountability
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Base salary range: $80,000 to $115,000 USD annually, subject to qualifications, skills, and location
• Eligibility for discretionary bonuses and equity depending on role and location
