Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks across various commercial areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure thorough sanitation and maintenance
- Follow established janitorial procedures to uphold health and safety standards
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness logs and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Support team members in maintaining a tidy work environment and adhere to company protocols
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere through reliable attendance and proactive communication
Requirements
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment
