Role Overview
Technical Project Manager with Control-M expertise to lead enterprise scheduling transformation initiatives, including upgrades, migrations, and platform consolidation. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency, standardizing scheduling practices, and ensuring scalable, reliable batch processing across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Control-M upgrade, migration, and consolidation initiatives
Define and manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria
Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Database, Infrastructure, and Application teams
Drive standardization of job scheduling processes and adoption of global best practices
Oversee migration from legacy schedulers to Control-M with minimal business disruption and downtime
Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance post-implementation
Enhance monitoring, automation, and workflow orchestration capabilities
Manage stakeholder communication, governance forums, and executive reporting
Ensure comprehensive documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness
Collaborate closely with the PMO to align on governance, timelines, and deliverables
Maintain and continuously update the project plan to reflect progress, risks, and changes
