We’re looking for a passionate, empathetic Registered Dietitian who’s ready to inspire meaningful change, with a mindset-based approach. At Dietitian Live, you’ll coach clients through the “why” behind their health, integrating nutrition, sleep, movement, and stress with a neuroplasticity based approach; leading your clients to reframe the way they view mental barriers and turning them into opportunities for success. You’ll help break the cycle of unsustainable habits with science-backed strategies, a holistic mindset, and a human-first approach. What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging virtual sessions rooted in motivational interviewing, neuroplasticity and behavior change science
- Build authentic client relationships that lead to lasting, long-term transformation
- Coach across the four wellness pillars:
Nutrition, Movement, Sleep, and Stress and integrate them into your client’s mindset - Translate clinical expertise into real-life breakthroughs for clients’ energy, metabolism, and well-being
- Manage your flexible schedule and session goals in a fast-paced, supportive remote environment
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation with HIPAA-compliant standards
- Collaborate with a passionate team that’s committed to your success and ongoing development
Requirements
- A Registered Dietitian with active credentials (multi-state licensing a plus) (if you are sitting your your CDR Exam, offer will be honored until you obtain your credentials)
- Experienced or internship-trained, with a passion for client-centered, transformative care
- Skilled in (or eager to master) motivational interviewing, a mindset-first approach and lifestyle coaching
- A natural relationship-builder who thrives in a virtual setting and values deep connection with their clients and teammates.
- Organized, adaptable, and motivated to grow, both professionally and personally
- A mission-driven culture redefining what’s possible in nutrition care
- Competitive pay: $45 to $54/hour for counseling, + paid admin time
- Referred clients: $85 to $94/hour + bonus

- Monday
– Friday (required to work two evenings) - Tuesday
– Saturday (required to work one evening) - Monday
– Saturday (one evening and a half-day Saturday and a choice of a half-day during the week) All shifts are conducted in your time zone. Day shifts are 8 – 5 PM. Evening Shifts are 11 – 8 PM. - Full-time (W2) benefits including:
