Sophros Recovery is growing at our second location in Tampa. We are a large, fast growing PHP/IOP treatment center, and we are building our starting team in Tampa to deliver the highest level of care and best clinical outcomes for our clients. Our founder/executive director is a serial CEO (in recovery himself), and along with the Chief Clinical Officer, they have built a program to set the conditions for success for each of our patients. Our philosophy is not one-size-fits-all, but rather a combination of the best evidence-based practices from CBT/DBT, as well as mindfulness and hands-on case management. We will support 12-step, SMART, and other meetings, but we do not focus on any one group/approach. This center is about helping people regain their lives and making a lasting impact on Tampa. This position is responsible for the delivery of clinical treatment to our adult clients. This includes facilitating group therapy sessions, individual and family sessions, bio psychosocial assessments, individual case management services, and high-quality session notes in a timely and precise manner. Significant interpersonal skills and creativity are necessary in order that clients are successfully engaged, motivated and supported in their efforts to achieve treatment plan objectives. Services to be provided using the client centered recovery-oriented model of care. Our clinical director has built a wonderful program, but we also want to evolve and improve. Your input on the treatment program is valued at Sophros.
EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ years experience in the field of Substance Abuse and/or Mental Health (preferred)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MS, RMHCI, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, MCAP
- Organizational and administrative skills
- Able to communicate effectively (both written and oral skills)
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure
Two years Sobriety prior to application (if applicable)

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
