About the Role
We’re seeking a highly driven TikTok Live Operations Supervisor to lead and optimize our livestream business in the U.S. market.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys taking ownership of real business impact. You will play a key role in scaling TYMO’s live commerce operation through strategic planning, real-time execution, team coordination, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities
1. Livestream SOP & Lifecycle Management
Build, optimize, and execute SOPs across the full livestream workflow, including:
Pre-live planning (scripts, pricing, promotions, training, scheduling)
In-live operations (real-time monitoring, traffic coordination, conversion optimization, issue handling)
Post-live analysis (performance reviews, reporting, recap documentation, improvement plans)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with evolving priorities.
2. Team Training & Live Execution
Train and support hosts and co-hosts on:
- Product knowledge
- Sales tactics
- Platform tools
- Live engagement strategies
Coordinate closely with livestream talent and backend support teams to ensure smooth execution and strong on-camera performance.
3. Real-Time Data Analysis & Performance Optimization
Monitor and optimize key metrics including:
- GMV
- GPM
- CTR
- CVR
- Retention rate
Analyze daily and weekly performance data, identify opportunities, and quickly adjust live strategies to maximize performance.
4. Campaign & Traffic Coordination
Support campaign planning and execution, including:
- Promotional strategies
- Pricing and product planning
- Script development
- GMV Max / paid live traffic coordination
- New TikTok feature testing and implementation
5. Cross-Functional Communication
Act as a key communication bridge between:
- TikTok platform representatives
- Internal marketing teams
- Supply chain/logistics teams
- Hosts/co-host teams
Ensure alignment across all operational areas to support livestream growth.
Qualifications Experience
2–3+ years of hands-on experience in TikTok live streaming operations strongly preferred
Candidates with strong e-commerce operation backgrounds (Amazon, Shopify, social commerce, etc.) and a strong interest in TikTok live commerce are also encouraged to apply
Industry Background
Experience in one or more of the following categories is highly preferred:
Beauty / Personal Care
Hair Tools
Small Household Appliances
Consumer Electronics
Candidates should demonstrate strong understanding of consumer behavior and live commerce conversion logic.
Skills & Attributes
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop ecosystem, livestream operations, and platform trends
Excellent analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies
Strong execution ability and attention to operational details
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving business environment
Ability to make quick decisions under pressure during live sessions
Strong communication and leadership skills
Highly proactive with strong ownership mentality
