Job Description

Established title company seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to support real estate transactions from contract to closing. This role involves both title examination and escrow support functions and is ideal for someone who can manage multiple files with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Examine real property records to determine record title, vesting, and legal descriptions
  • Prepare title commitments
  • Index real property records
  • Assist escrow officers and attorneys as needed
  • Assist in post-closing packages and issuance of title policies

Requirements:

· Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

· Detail-oriented and computer proficient

· Self-starter who is able to handle work independently without an abundance of supervision or micro-management

· High school diploma required

· Prior real estate or title company experience preferred, but not required

Compensation
We offer a competitive compensation package including salary, retirement benefits, paid holiday and vacation time, and bonuses. Starting salary will be negotiable based on credentials and experience.
