We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic real estate team. In this vital role, you will serve as the central point of contact for all transaction-related activities, ensuring seamless communication between clients, agents, lenders, escrow officers, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts, disclosures, and legal documents in compliance with real estate law and Fair Housing regulations.
  • Coordinate communication among buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, escrow officers, and attorneys to ensure timely progress on each transaction.
  • Oversee the entire transaction timeline, tracking deadlines for inspections, appraisals, financing approvals, and closing dates.
  • Facilitate negotiation processes between parties to resolve issues swiftly and maintain positive relationships.
  • Assist with marketing efforts by preparing property listings and promotional materials to attract potential buyers.
  • Maintain organized records of all transaction documents within property management systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally throughout the process.

Experience

  • Proven experience in real estate administrative support or as a Transaction Coordinator within a property management or real estate environment.
  • Strong understanding of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and compliance standards relevant to property transactions.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clients effectively.
  • Experience in negotiation, sales support, and customer service roles that showcase your ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts efficiently.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies related to property promotion is a plus.
  • Prior exposure to administrative tasks involving legal documentation and property management software will set you up for success.
