The Role
Our Transaction & Listing Coordinator is an agent partner — present from pre-listing preparation through a successful close, ensuring agents can do what they do best while every transaction runs smoothly behind them.
What sets this role apart is what’s behind it: proprietary automated workflows built inside Open-to-Close, Loft47, and SISU, with communication systems, touchpoint sequences, and templates designed to eliminate guesswork and scale seamlessly. You won’t be building the machine. You’ll be running it — and running it well.
This is an in-person role across our Spokane and Coeur d’Alene offices, with remote support of our Alaska operations.
What You’ll Do
- Execute within RMG’s proprietary systems to manage 50+ active transactions and 20+ pre-listings simultaneously — from contract through close
- Support pre-listing preparation alongside agents, keeping timelines and details airtight before a property hits the market
- Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, title companies, appraisers, and vendors with consistency and professionalism
- Maintain accurate, compliant, audit-ready files across multiple offices
- Contribute to office coordination and day-to-day team collaboration, supporting a well-run, connected in-person environment
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and contribute to a culture of continuous growth

- Real estate, TC, title, or mortgage experience is a plus — coachability and character matter most
Compensation
- Salary based on experience.
